Our Attendance system called KING OF TIME is a cloud-based system.
Administrators can perform simple and advanced attendance management as long as they have a laptop and internet connection.
On the other hand, employees can use various clock-in methods to stamp "clock-in" "clock-out". They can also apply for leave or overtime from their laptop or smartphones.
Since time stamps are reflected in real time, we believe it leads to improvement of your work efficiency and cost reduction.

Features

Overtime Management

Various overtime calculation standards (regular / holiday / extra overtime) can be set for different employees, with different work rules, from part-time workers to full time employees.

Shift Management

You can make an unlimited number of personal schedule patterns for flextime and discretionary work, or vacation. Employees can also apply and check the schedule from their mobile phone or PC.

Leave Management

You can manage an unlimited number of various leaves such as paid leave, replacement leave, holidays, summer vacations, condolence vacations, and company-specific vacations. It also supports various rules such as hourly, half-day application and expiration date.

Streamline your payroll flow

Monthly data (payroll data) and time card data can be exported. Since it can be created from the layout, it can be used with most payroll software.

Application / Approval Functions

Submit/approve overtime, time record edit and schedule requests, as well as closing the attendance data from anywhere. You can set up up to 5 levels of approval flow. Administrator can easily process them simply by approving or rejecting them.

Alert Function

Displays an alert when late-ins and overtime reaches the specified threshold. Also indicates errors such as forgotten clock-in or clock-in on weekdays to simplify your work of reviewing at cut-off date for the pay period.
