Human Technologies (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (of which will be called 'company' in the following contents) will manage the informations provided by users such as name, address, mobile phone numbers, e-mail address, age, etc. (of which will be called 'personal information' in the following contents)

1. Personal Information

The company will receive the personal information in some sections of this website. In this case, user will have to accept our privacy policy and provide their personal information in order to gain the access.

2. Personal Information Management

The company will securely manage user's personal information and will hold responsible for secrecy and any consequences that may occur if the personal informations were to leak to other sources. The company will not disclose the personal information to third parties unless there is a request from judicial affiliated organizations.

3. Personal Information Utilization

The company will use personal information within the range of purpose of use indicated at the time of acquisition. In the case of entrusting the handling of personal information to a third party, the company will have to sign a contract with the said party, clarifying the responsibilities while providing supervision for the safety management of personal information.

4. Sharing Personal Information with the Third Party

The company is prohibited to share the personal information with the third party except for these conditions; when there is consent of the customer or a case involving personal information protection law or other related laws regulations.

5. Inquiries concerning the Personal Information (correction, disclosure, deletion)

The company will respond promptly when requested to disclose, correct, suspend or delete the personal information provided by users.

6. Privacy Policy's Establishment, Implementation and Improvement

In order to thoroughly fulfill the above policies, the company will inform and implement all of their staff and stakeholders, and will continuously review the contents of this Privacy Policy and make efforts to improve it.

Addendum (When Using the Mobile Application)

Human Technologies (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) establishes the following provisions, in addition to the above, regarding the handling of personal information in our services and mobile applications.

1. Personal Information Collected

In addition to the personal information described in the existing Privacy Policy, the mobile application may collect the following information.
This application may collect the user’s name, employee ID, email address, captured images, GPS location information, device information, and time-stamp data for the purpose of attendance verification.

2. Management of Personal Information

All data (such as photos and location logs) is transmitted via HTTPS communication and stored in an encrypted format.
Only authorized personnel can access the data, and it is stored on secure servers located in Japan and Singapore.

3. Utilization of Personal Information

Personal information will be used solely for attendance records, location verification, fraud prevention, and payroll/human resources-related purposes.

4. Sharing with Third Parties

This application may use third-party services such as Google Maps API, Firebase, and AWS.
These services may collect data in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

5. Establishment and Improvement

This policy will be reviewed once a year or when significant changes occur.

6. Use of Camera and GPS

This application requests access permissions for the camera and GPS for attendance verification.
Users can change these permissions at any time from their device settings.

7. Consent and Permissions

Users must provide explicit consent before camera or GPS access is granted.
If consent is not provided, these functions will not operate.

8. Third-Party Authentication (Facebook/Google/LINE)

When logging in via Facebook, Google, or LINE, this application may obtain limited information such as the user’s name, email address, and profile image.
Passwords are not stored and are used only for login management purposes.

9. Data Security Measures

The Company implements HTTPS communication, SSL/TLS encryption, access control, and regular audits.
In the event of a data breach, the Company will notify affected users promptly.

10. Data Storage Locations

Data is stored on servers located in Japan and Singapore, in compliance with the laws of each country.
